With a 17" front wheel and 14" rear wheel, the smaller version of the TC 85 bridges the gap between the TC 65 and the larger TC 85 perfectly. The modern 85 cc 2-stroke engine is designed and built to deliver best-in-class performance, with the power customisable thanks to two pre-set maps. A tailored suspension set-up can be achieved easily using the adjustable WP components, while all riders will benefit from the light and agile chassis on track. An extensive list of race-tested parts from respected brands such as Formula, Galfer, Neken, Pankl, and Twin Air underlines the premium specification of the TC 85.

Engine

Continuing to utilise the latest 2-stroke technology, the engine remains well ahead of its 85 cc competition. Overall performance can be customised depending on rider preference or track conditions too, as the TC 85 benefits from two engine maps. A close ratio six-speed gearbox and hydraulic clutch completing the build of this highly competitive machine.

Frame

The frame is constructed from hydro-formed chromium molybdenum steel. This proven material is not only strong, but it offers precise flex and rigidity to maintain the known agility of the TC 85. Inside the frame, the engine is positioned to distribute its weight in the most effective way, which aids stability and leads to easy cornering for all young riders.

Graphics

Drawing inspiration from the Swedish heritage of Husqvarna Motorcycles, eye-catching white and yellow graphics are applied with in-mold technology for durability and a high-quality finish.

Airbox

A airbox concept features precisely positioned inlet ducts to ensure maximum airflow and filter protection. The Twin Air filter behind the left side panel remains easily accessible without tools for a fast and simple replacement of the air filter.
